Vocational training in computer courses plays an important role in enhancing the skills and employability of youth in the digital era. Courses such as Basic IT, Office Automation, and Computer Applications equip learners with practical knowledge in computer operations, documentation, data management, and internet usage, creating opportunities for employment and self-employment. These programmes also help bridge the digital divide in rural areas by providing essential technical skills. During the year, Mass Technical Institute, Wokha successfully trained 207 candidates in Basic IT, Diploma in Office Automation, and Diploma in Computer Application under the permission granted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Nagaland.
